The little building and they way the space was used for bar and also dining was well-done. Decor and music fun as well. The staff ALL so charming and helpful. Rooms well appointed although quite small. Loved opening the windows to the street and sounds - a small bonus.

The staff were exceptional! Every staff member we interacted with was extremely kind and helpful. We were celebrating our son's birthday and they bought out a cake with a candle for him, completely umprompted. The breakfast is wonderful, the location is excellent and just a wonderful place to stay!

The location of the hotel was perfect, short walking distance to the roman forum, colosseum & not too far from the main shopping area. Staff were fantastic & couldn't do more for us!! Food & coffee brilliant & facilities were great. Completely exceeded my expectations.

The staff was the most kind and capable staff- setting up parking, ZTL pass, dinner reservations. The rooms were beautiful with fresh flowers, the most amazing scent, and Easter chocolate. Welcome drinks & delicious breakfast every day. The perfect location to explore Rome without feeling overwhelmed by tourists

We think this is the friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in - it feels like it is run by one big happy family. It's in a great location, has comfortable rooms (albeit the en suite was cosy!) and we really felt well looked after by every single member of staff. The welcome drinks were an added bonus.

If anyone is wondering where to stay in Rome Nerva Boutique hotel is the place to be. Honestly I believe to be the most wonderful hotel in Rome. From the moment of arrival the staff were nothing but welcoming, kind and helpful! The rooms are comfortable, well stocked and chic. The breakfast, snacks and evening drinks were delightful. Thank you to all reception staff who are so friendly and try to do as much as possible for you, to the restaurant and bar staff as well as housekeepers. When we are back in Rome we will stay again. Thank you!

Without question, the best boutique hotel I've ever found in Rome, Hotel Nerva is beautiful, comfortable, warm, inviting, artistic, and delicious (best breakfasts ever!). Charming, helpful staff, linens that make my own Frette sheets feel rough, stylish furniture, and the highest quality materials everywhere.

Located in a close vicinity of all Rome's attractions gives you a perfect starting point to enjoy the Eternal City. Friendly, cheerful and super helpful staff makes your stay even more enjoyable. Great espresso in the morning for the kickstart, fancy cocktails in the evening to wind down - it's all there and it's all perfect! Loved it and will return!

A great hotel that upgraded the trip we did in Rome. The location, the food, the room and above all - the excellent staff members, including everyone. From the receptionists, the kitchen workers and the cleaners. Everyone is nice, smiling and responds appropriately to every request.

You need to stay at this hotel!!! The location is the right outside the Roman forum, forum of Augustus. Walking distance from practically everywhere! The staff was so nice and helpful, over the top care of their guests. The room had two bathrooms, a living room, separate bedroom. We loved it!!!
